TCS – Tata Computer Services

TCS is the largest global IT firm which works closely with energy provider AGL in the Australian market. Both brands have a high profile in their respective fields, so it was no surprise that they reached out to us to implement some brand and relationship building initiatives for them.

Challenge
While TCS and AGL has a strong collaborative relationship and has had this for some years now, the aim for TCS was to deepen this relationship through brand, aligned team building initiatives and activations, both in the short term around end-of-year and Christmas 2019 and longer term through a series of events and team activities.

Strategy
A gifting of personalised cards, co-branded backpacks and hand-picked Australian sweets for the majority of the staff and jam-packed gift-bags for senior management was arranged at shortest notice and delivered timely for passing to staff as they left for the Christmas holidays – earning big smiles all around.

A series of three team building events were designed, ranging in size from 300 people, 1500 people to 6000 people. And, with the scope to interchange some options, each event offered team building, fun and engagement, while also bringing people together who otherwise would work only through remote and digital pathways while deepening the company values and brand cultures.

Effect
While the Christmas gifting was a huge success with all, leading us to deliver a comprehensive events strategy – thanks to COVID-19 the events have had to be placed on hold for the time being… leaving our events plans which included equine assisted learning, simulated problem solving and expert forum, movie making and Oscars Gala Dinner and a massive interactive sporting event – which they LOVED – parked for now.
