Challenge
Freedom Property Investors was looking to build their brand not only through social media promotion but through sharing their insights, investing know-how, own investing story with the wider business and property community nationally. With both co-founder coming from migrant backgrounds and having endured hardship before achieving investing success, it was important to them to share the back story of their success too.
Strategy
We developed an extensive media outreach strategy that encompassed property investing insights, tips, trends and prediction as well as case studies, company news and how-to pieces. As such press releases, sharing of their stories behind the long-standing and successful brand, and personal profiling of Scott Kuru and Lianna Pan, all made part of the campaign.
Effect
In specialising as brand storytellers and in particular to personalise the story, we gained a lot of media interest and outcomes. This included coverage across major newspapers, business titles and all real estate focused consumer publications, live radio and TV plus podcasts. Additionally, we arranged for collaborations with key target audience magazines such as Australian Property Investor, News.com.au/realestate.com.au, Domain and Smart Property Investor, just to name a few. A highlight was sharing of their stories and investing insights on Sky news TV and video on realestate.com.au.
