Coastal Builders Clean is a specialised cleaning company with a strong focus on the construction industry and commercial cleaning, based in the heart of the Bellarine Peninsula and Greater Geelong.
Challenge
Coastal Builders Clean came to us initially for their branding, which we promptly conceptualised and developed. Being new-to-market and understanding their target audience we knew we had to translate the client’s sentiment plus strike a note with their core audience. Coastal Builders Clean was aiming to fill a gap in the professional cleaning landscape across Greater Geelong, the Bellarine Peninsula and the Surf Coast. They also needed an online presence and a platform that could communicate their key services.
Strategy
We worked closely with the founder in developing the tone and flavour of the brand, its brand ideals and a strategy to communicate this through the logo design and website in order reach audiences both construction professionals and companies, as well as commercial businesses that would appreciate a reliable professional cleaning service for their premises.
The colour scheme and core values were easily created and the client was instantly happy with the design. Next was the website, which also needed to evolve with the growth of the business and its services. And, being new to market they really wanted to have some SEO implementation in order to get the key search terms linked to their online assets.

Fast-forward 5 years and we have not only supported the initial launch of Coastal Builders Clean at the outset but established a strong online presence for the company and worked closely on delivering the right messaging. Supported by an ever-growing online presence, Coastal Builders Clean is gaining a significant percentage of trade through organic online searches, which the second generation website designed by us caters to.
